OUR TERMS AND CONDITIONS

We are happy to have you onboard. But before we state our terms and conditions of sale, we would like to let you know that PECTIV sanitary pads and Liners (PECTIV Products) are jointly owned by Lenizer FZ-LLC and Lenizer Medical Trading LLC (“our” “we” “us”). It is important that you read our terms and conditions before registering on our site and it is equally important that you are aware that your lack of objection to any of our terms and conditions implies your acceptance.

These Terms and Conditions govern our contractual relationship with you in respect of the sale of PECTIV products to you and your purchase of PECTIV products from us.

SIGNING UP FOR OUR SERVICES

Registration:

To purchase the PECTIV products you must be a registered user of https://pectivkwt.com/ The registration process is as simple as 1 2 3. At the point of registration, you will be required to fill in your email address and your chosen password then click the button “register” You should create a strong password to protect your account security breach.

Your Account and Password:

Once you have activated your account on https://pectivkwt.com/ you shall have the following associated responsibilities as a user on the site:

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password.
You are also accountable for all activities that occur within your account.
You are enjoined not to share your username and password to third parties.
You should refrain from accessing other users’ account.
You should immediately report any unapproved use of your account to us.

Profile:

For efficient services and optimal user experience, all registered users of https://pectivkwt.com/ will have their email address inclusive of their credit or debit card information published on their profile in our website for purposes of great user experience and easy access to purchasing our PECTIV products.

Closing Your Account

We would be unhappy to see you go. Notwithstanding this, if you decide you no longer want to purchase our PECTIV products, send us an email requesting the closure of your account. The email should have the subject line: Request to Close My Account.

Upon the receipt of the request, out technical team shall be in touch with you to inform you on the modalities and implications of closing your account. You will also be asked to complete a short survey. You will no longer be able to purchase PECTIV products or receive emails on promotional offers upon the termination of your account. You can however reactivate your account by contacting us to request reactivation.

MEET OUR PECTIV PRODUCTS

Product Information:

PECTIV products are only available for sale within the Kuwait (KW) and Gulf Council Cooperation (GCC). Our PECTIV products are manufactured and labelled in four forms namely: Day pads, Night pads, Overnight pads, and Liners. Notwithstanding the qualitative nature of our PECTIV products, the technical specifications and settings of your computer may affect the accurate display of the colors of our products offered on the Site.

Offer and Resale:

The information on our website does not constitute an offer to sell PECTIV products to you or to make the PECTIV products available in your country. If you do not reside in Kuwait and GCC, then our PECTIV products cannot be sold to you. The information on this site constitutes an invitation to treat. We have the right at any time and for reasons best known to us, after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order. Notwithstanding your receipt of an order confirmation email or after your credit or debit card has been charged. In instances where we decline your order as a result of mispricing or unavailability of our products, we shall communicate our decision to you and the appropriate step we intend to take in terms of the deducted costs from your credit or debit cards.

You can purchase any PECTIV products from this Site for resale subject to our prior written consent. Your request for our consent can be made through email to pectiv@asmkwt.com

Order Acceptance:

While we would like you to purchase our products, from time to time we might be unable to process certain orders and as a result we have the right to cancel or refuse acceptance of your order. We will contact you if all or any portion of your order is canceled or if supplementary data is required to accept your order.

Examples of scenarios where your orders might be cancelled include limitations on quantities available for purchase, inaccuracies or errors in product or pricing information, or glitches identified by our credit and fraud avoidance department. These scenarios in itself are not exhaustive. In certain instances, we may require additional verifications or information where we suspect foul play or where we need clarity before accepting any order from you.

Order processing:

Our business hours are Sunday through Thursday, orders placed over the weekend will be shipped first thing Monday morning except it is a holiday. Once shipped, orders arrive within 24-48 hours.

Shipping:

Shipping fee for two or more PECTIV products ordered will be free. All shipping are carried out by third party logistic company.

Product Availability:

When any of our PECTIV product is out of stock, it will be shown as “sold out” on our website and you will not be able to purchase that product. However, you can send us an e-mail to request when the product will be available, and we shall respond accordingly with an estimated timeframe on availability of the product. As a form of courtesy, we shall inform you on the availability of our PECTIV product as soon as it is back in stock. But we will not reserve our PECTIV products for you. Our PECTIV products are sold on a “first come” “first serve” basis.

Please note that prices, specifications, and availability of products are subject to change without notice.

Delivery:

All orders reported as “delivered” by the third-party shipping company is considered delivered. We cannot be made liable of non-delivery in this case.

MAKING PAYMENTS FOR OUR PECTIV PRODUCTS

Payment System:

Payments are made through a third-party secure payment gateway. Our payment system is limited to debit cards and credit cards such as Master card, Visa card or American express.

Upon payment for PECTIV sanitary pads, you represent and agree that:

You are legally authorized to use the credit or debit card information you entered.
You will not dispute a charge after authorizing the transaction.
Any credit or debit card information you provide is accurate.
Deductions from your credit or debit card will be done in accordance with your subscription. For instance, payments for PECTIV sanitary pad will be deducted from your debit or credit card monthly.

If your credit or debit card cannot be charged for any reason, we shall suspend your monthly subscription and in the case of a one-off purchase, we shall not deliver our PECTIV products to you.

Subscription

As a registered user of https://pectivkwt.com/ you are presented with the option to make a one-off purchase or to subscribe for monthly purchase. In cases of one-off purchase, your credit or debit card shall be charged once for the purchase because you authorized us to do so. In cases of monthly subscription, we shall charge your debit or credit card at the end of each month in advance for the next month. You can cancel the monthly subscription through your account at any time.

Payment Terms and Order Cancellation:

Prices of our PECTIV products are subject to changes at any time. Our prices as displayed on our website are exclusive of any applicable taxes and shipping costs. As soon as you place an order on our website your credit or debit card will be charged. Once payment is made there are no cancellations of order. Credit card fraud and theft of PECTIV products are highly prohibited. Any fraudulent purchases will be fully dealt with in accordance with the provisions of the laws of Kuwait. If your billing address is different from your shipping address you will be required to fill out your billing address as well as your shipping address at the checkout page on our website.

ATTAINING CAPACITY TO USE OUR SERVICES

Capacity and Identity:

Due to the nature of products being sold i.e sanitary pads and Liners our PECTIV products are specially created and designed for girls of mensural age and women. Our products are not meant to be purchased by minor within the age range of 0-12. Teens of 13- 17 years can only purchase PECTIV products under the supervision and consent of their parents or guardians. Users are expected to provide their full names, card information and email address for proper identification. If at any time we notice that you are below the prescribed acceptable age to purchase our products we shall immediately discontinue the use of our services to you.

OUR DISCLAIMERS AND LIMITED LIABILITY

The Limitation of Liability set forth above is a fundamental element of the basis of the terms between the parties and the parties would not enter into this Agreement absent such limitations.

Proprietary Rights:

Each party shall retain all rights, title, and interest, in and to its own Intellectual Property. Lenizer FZ-LLC & Lenizer Medical Trading LLC expressly retain all rights, title, and interest to its tradename, trademark, service mark and any Intellectual Property produced, conceived, or otherwise developed by or for it as its exclusive property. You shall not remove any trademarks, logos, tradename from any of PECTIV products or data.

Copyright:

All copyright on the content on the site provided by Lenizer FZ LLC & Lenizer Medical Trading LLC is owned and controlled by Lenizer FZ LLC & Lenizer Medical Trading LLC and its licensors and accordingly all the copyright on this website is reserved.
